Any appointments cancelled/rescheduled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Arriving 10 minutes after scheduled appointment will result in appointment reschedule and rescheduling fee will apply. No call no show will result in 100% of the reserved service amount.
